Each month Kids Action staff pack 50 boxes with nutritious foods for families who are expecting or have a new baby in the household. These boxes are distributed to families in the Kings and Hants County areas.
The food boxes contain a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as eggs, cheese, or other sources of protein. They also include healthy and budget-friendly recipes, and valuable prenatal information.
