The Moms in Motion Program is a community partnership that includes the Kids Action Program, Kings County Municipality and the Town of Kentville. This program supports ‘moms doing mom things’ because sometimes being a mom is hard!
In the spring, summer and fall we explore various local outdoor spaces where we can soak up the sun, splash around, and get lots of fresh air. In the winter we may go coasting or skating, and if it’s too cold to be outdoors we head for the Credit Union Rec Complex where we walk, talk, and kick around soccer balls!
Why not come out, get active, and be with other moms… it’s good for your mental health!
